Took a day longer than I was originally told, but I received a loaner, but the loaner did not have enough gas so had to swing back by for that the next morning.

Overall, a phenomenal experience! Many shout outs to Brad, finance manager, for his person centered approach to ensuring I received the best deal. First car driven ended up not meeting my expectations for a newer used vehicle, so with Brad's help, along with Nate and Ty, I ended up driving home with a 2025 brand new Volkswagon Tiguan- which I am in awe with! Many thanks to the state State College Ciocca team for helping me find the best deal and vehicle for me. Again, cannot state enough how Brad and Nate stepped up to help the deal close. Atlas towed into Ciocca. Unable to evaluate for a few days, but ultimately diagnosed problem and fixed. No problems since. Customer service excellent - kept me informed of progress.

Car was in shop for a total of 7 weeks. Problem could not be fixed. After 3 weeks we finally convinced the dealership that we needed a loaner. Loaners were discontinued by corporate. Not good! Even my local small family owned garage has a 6 car loaner fleet!
